I'm not receiving any LDV emails!

Emails can be such a nightmare! If you have purchased your card online but have not received your electronic clubcard, you might need to 'whitelist' the LDV email! We have provided some help below, for multiple email providers, if your provider is not listed, don't hesitate to contact us.
Emails will be sent from dolce.vita@alpha.solutions or no-reply@la-dolce-vita.club.
You can add these email addresses to your contacts to increase your likelihood of receiving anything from us!

Open the email.
Click the small drop down icon next to the reply button on the top, right hand side of the email.
Click “add to contacts list”.

Open the email.
Click “add address” icon.
Verify the sender’s contact information.
Save it.

Open the email.
Click on the sender’s name and email address.
Click “add to address book” in the window that appears.
Enter any additional information.
Click “save.”

Open the email.
Left-click the sender icon, or right-click the sender’s name.
Click “add to contacts.”
Click “save and close.”

Open the email.
Click the small “+” next to sender’s name.
Verify the sender’s contact details.
Click “Save”

Open the email.
Ctrl-click the sender’s email address and select “open in address book.”
Verify the sender’s contact details.

 

Open the email.
Click on “Wait, it’s safe!” link.
