FAQ'S

Currently, you can only purchase the La Dolce Vita Club Card directly from www.alphamarketplace.co.uk.

You will need to contact us directly to arrange this.

We are currently only providing electronic cards which will be sent to you by email within 4 working days from when you receive your purchase confirmation from Alpha Marketplace.

Your electronic card email may go to your spam or junk folders, if so we have provided instructions on how to avoid this happening again – click here.

If you still haven’t received your card, contact us now.

REGISTER! 

Once you have purchased and received your La Dolce Vita Clubcard, go to www.la-dolce-vita.club, then click the ‘Register’ button at the top of the screen.

If you click ‘log in’ – click ‘Register here’.

You will have to fill out your details on a registration form, and include the card’s serial number and unique reference code in order to activate your account.

Once you have filled out the form, you will receive an automated email with your log-in password – you can then use this to access your portal!

If you have not received your automated password, or it has landed in your junk folder – please see our advice on ‘I Ordered a card from Alpha Marketplace but still haven’t received it’.

To update your details, login to your La Dolce Vita Club Account online, go to ‘My Account’ in the top menu and select ‘Update my Info’.

If you can’t login to your account, or you are seeing a ‘white box’ it may be because there is an error with the information you are inputting. Please try the following :

  • Check your details are correctly entered.
  • If you have forgotten your password please reset your password.

If none of these work, please contact us.

You can login with your username instead.

You may need to reset your password – please see below on how to do this.

Ensure you are filling it out correctly, if this is your first time registering you will need to contact us or the supplier you purchased the card from.

To change your password, login to your La Dolce Vita Club Account online, go to ‘My Account’ in the top menu and select ‘Change Password’.

You will need to reset your password if you forget it. To do this, go to the members area via www.la-dolce-vita.club, when you come to the login page – click ‘Forgot Password?’ and reset the password.

To update your details, login to your La Dolce Vita Club Account online, go to ‘My Account’ in the top menu and select ‘Update my Info’.

Although the automated password created for you at registration is already secure, you may wish to change it. To ensure your password is strong, it must be at least 8 characters long (maximum 45), and contain at least 3 of the following:

  • one uppercase letter
  • one lowercase letter
  • one special character, such as ! ? £ $ #
  • one number

Phishing is an attempt to obtain personal details. You might receive an email that looks legitimate – as though it’s from La Dolce Vita, an Alpha Company or maybe your bank for example – but it will ask you for personal information that genuine companies would never ask for. The email is most likely fake if it asks you for: passwords, club account details, date of birth or banking details. Some fake emails may ask you to click a link to another website. This website may also ask for personal details, so if you’re not sure about the email in the first place, it’s best to just delete it.

If you want to access your Account and are unsure about a link in an email, always start at la-dolce-vita.club and login from there.

Remember we will never ask you for personal information in an email unless you have contacted us first and we are replying to you directly. We will NEVER ask you for your password.

Your browser is the programme you use to access and view the internet. Examples of browsers you might be using include Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome. Whichever you prefer to use, do make sure you’ve got the latest version. The newer the version, the higher the level of security it offers. Updating is easy and completely free.
